What kid doesn’t play video games these days? It’s like a right of passage as you get older and closer to the teenage years!  This cake was ordered for the birthday boy’s love of the video game ‘Call of Duty’. Call of Duty is a first-person and third-person shooter video game and we used this concept to create our cake.  Complete with a river, rocks, crumbling walls, and foliage, the cake captures the essence of a good gun fight! ~Jennifer

When the co-owner of a custom cake business has a birthday what do you do for her cake?  That was my challenge this week. Nichelle did have some input as to what she would like on her cake but it was all on me to pull it off.  Her cake has it all~a bow, curly cues, figures of her and her family, and even their pets!
