This cake was part of a surprise party for a girl turning 21. She loves purple, black, and white and her mom liked the idea of the cake looking like a present so I went with that. The cake has black and white stripes with a purple bow and all 3 colours make up the fondant balls around the bottom of the cake.  I hope the surprise party was a huge success!

This cake was ordered for a 60th surprise party.  The customer has an extensive background in graphic arts and designed the cake herself for her mother.  I love all aspects of this cake from the brightly coloured bow to the silver watermarked damask pattern.  I am glad I was able to bring to life what she envisioned.  I hope the surprise party was a huge success!

I had another request for a Gluten Free cake and was told the recipient loved teal and purple.  This cake had to travel to Peterborough so I had the challenge of making it beautiful yet have it withstand 8 hours in a car.  I hope it arrived safe and was enjoyed!
